The All India Tennis Association (AITA) has announced a nine-member squad that will participate in the upcoming 2024 Billie Jean King Cup Asia/Oceania Group 1. The 16-team event will take place from April 8-13, 2024 at the Moon Island Clay Park in Changsha, China.

The Indian team will feature India's top-singles player Ankita Raina, who will be leading the charge along with some seasoned players in Sahaja Yamalapalli, Rutuja Bhosale, and Shrivalli R Bhamidipaty. The team will also feature a reserve player in Vaidehi Chaudhari. The 61st edition of the Billie Jean King Cup will see qualifying rounds that will take place between 16 teams who will fight for the last 8 spot for the finals round of the event. Other teams which will be participating in the event are Chinese Taipei, Pacific Oceania, and Korea.
