IND-A vs SA-A: On the last day of the first unofficial match being played between India A and South Africa in Bengaluru, host team captain Rishabh Pant was heartbroken as he missed out on scoring a century. Pant, who had got the team out of trouble after falling by 3 wickets for 32 runs, expressed his intentions by hitting a six on the very second ball of the day, however, he could not prolong his innings and got out and returned to the pavilion.

Rishabh Pant played a brilliant innings

Rishabh Pant, who scored a brilliant fifty on the third day of the match against South Africa, started the last day in an aggressive manner. He hit a six on the very second ball of the day. Pant wanted to end this match as soon as possible.

He came very close to scoring a century, but he missed scoring a century. Pant returned unbeaten after scoring 64 runs on the third day of the match. On the fourth day, he returned to the pavilion after adding 26 more runs to his score. India-A captain Rishabh Pant was out after scoring 90 runs in 113 balls with the help of 11 fours and 4 sixes. Rishabh Pant returned to the field after about 3 months.

Pant was injured in England

Rishabh Pant got injured while batting in the fourth match of the five-Test series in England. Because of this he could not play the last test match. After this, Pant remained away from the field for about 3 months. He made a comeback after injury in the first unofficial match against South Africa-A. In the first innings, he could not stay at the crease for long and was out after scoring 17 runs with the help of 2 fours in 20 balls, but in the second innings he performed strongly and got the team out of trouble.
