Kohli and Rohit reached Delhi

Team India’s veteran players Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will also accompany the team on the Australia tour. Kohli reached Delhi on Tuesday morning, while Rohit reached the capital in the evening. Both the star players will be seen in the jersey of the Indian team after about seven months, due to which the excitement among the fans is at its peak.

Team India will leave in two groups

According to the reports of ‘Sports Tak’, India’s ODI team will leave for Australia in two groups. The first group will take off at 9 am, while the second group will take off at 9 pm. One group will include players and security team, while the other group will include members of the support staff on the tour. The team’s destination will be Perth, where the first ODI match between India and Australia will be played on 19 October.

Rohit as a batsman, captaincy is in the hands of Gill

Rohit Sharma will be a part of the team as a batsman in this tour. Shubman Gill has been appointed captain for the ODI series. Both Rohit and Kohli will be seen playing under the captaincy of Gill.

The first ODI between India and Australia will be played in Perth on 19 October. The second match will be played in Adelaide on 23 October, while the third and last ODI will be played in Sydney on 25 October.
