Dhruv Jurel played an unbeaten knock of 52 runs to guide Rajasthan Royals to the eighth victory in the ongoing season of Indian Premier League.

New Delhi: Rajasthan Royals’ young batter Dhruv Jurel smashed his Indian Premier League 2024 maiden half-century in the recently concluded match against Lucknow Super Giants at Ekana Sports City Stadium in Lucknow. Jurel played an unbeaten knock of 52 runs that helped RR to win the match by seven wickets.

Jurel justified the decision to promote his batting order he smashed two sixes and four boundaries to put up an unbeaten stand to 121 runs with skipper Sanju Samson.

After RR won the match Jurel was seen celebrating his team’s victory and maiden unbeaten fifty with his whole family inside the ground, the video went viral on social sphere, here is the clip.

With this win, table toppers Rajasthan Royals moved up to 16 points from eight wins from nine matches, opening up a big six-point gap at the top of the table. LSG remained in fourth position with 10 points, the same as Kolkata Knight Riders (2nd), Sunrisers Hyderabad (3rd) and Delhi Capitals (5th). They have played nine matches while KKR and SRH have played eight matches each. DC are through with 10 matches so far.
