Kanpur, 14 October (Read News). Now the time has come when Swadeshi should be adopted not just as an idea but as a lifestyle. Now is the time to connect Swadeshi with Swadesh. India will become self-reliant only when every citizen takes a pledge to adopt local products. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolve for a self-reliant India will be realized only when we all together give priority to indigenous products. MP Ramesh Awasthi said these things on Tuesday.
Today, senior BJP leader and Kanpur Nagar MP Ramesh Awasthi along with hundreds of BJP workers visited the Swadeshi Fair in Motijheel and visited the fair and pledged to adopt indigenous products. Under the Swadeshi public awareness campaign being run on the instructions of the BJP leadership, on the third day of the Swadeshi fair, all the officials and workers of the metropolitan and Morcha cells were present in large numbers under the leadership of MP Ramesh Awasthi. Everyone visited the stalls of indigenous products in the fair and encouraged the producers.
The Swadeshi Chaupal organized in the fair was conducted by the State Vice President of Rashtriya Lok Dal, Suresh Gupta. Addressing the Chaupal, MP Ramesh Awasthi said that when India becomes self-reliant, then no one will be able to stop India from becoming a world leader. The MP encouraged local producers by purchasing soil, cow dung, clothes, jute and other indigenous materials from the stalls in the fair.
Many senior BJP officials were present on this occasion. In which District President Anil Dixit, Shivram Singh, Regional Media Incharge Anup Awasthi, Ramdev Shukla, District Media Incharge Anurag Sharma, Manish Tripathi, Jaswinder Singh, Ganesh Shukla, Anurag Shukla, Pawan Dixit, Virendra Diwakar, L.B. Hundreds of workers including Patel, Bittu Parihar, Dipankar Mishra, Akash Shukla, Pramod Vishwakarma, Janmejay Singh, Paras Madan Upendra Shukla, Seema MBA, Anita Tripathi Anupriya Doshi were present.
