Ranchi, October 12 (Read News). Celebrating RTI Day under the banner of Hamar Adhikar Manch, a training program was organized on Sunday on the occasion of completion of 20 years of implementation of RTI Act.

In the program, RTI resource person cum lawyer Deepesh Nirala gave training on the Right to Information Act-2005 law to various people from different districts of Jharkhand.

On the occasion, he expressed concern over the non-appointment of Information Commissioner in Jharkhand from the year 2022 till now.

He said that the Leader of Opposition in the state has also been appointed in March 2025. In such a situation, the government should appoint the Information Commissioner soon.

The program mainly included Deepesh Nirala, Umashankar Singh, Om Prakash Upadhyay, Rajkumar, Aparajita Mishra, Mamta Verma, Sunita Mehta, Shivanand Kanshi, Rajesh Kumar, Ajit Kumar, Rajiv Raj, Naval Kishore Lal, Chandradev Kumar Giridih, Pappu Kumar, Harendra Bahadur Singh, Ved Prakash Sao, Chandan Kumar Singh, Brijesh Mishra, Ashish Kumar Jaiswal and Santosh Mridula.
