Madrid, 28 February. Real Madrid midfielder Dani Cablos suffered a muscle injury during a 1-0 win against Real Sosidad in Copa del Re. The club confirmed this on Thursday.

In the second half of the match, Sablos collided with domestic player Tech Kubo, after which he went out of the ground with pain. Real Madrid reported on its official website, medical tests have been found to be hurt in semimambranosus muscle, affecting their left hamstring tendon. Their recovery period will be assessed.

Although the club did not give a certain time-limit to recover, but according to reports, Sablos may have to stay out for at least two months. Due to this injury, he can miss the final-16 matches of the Champions League, potential quarter-finals, several laga matches and Copa del Re semifinal’s return leg.

Expressing his feelings on social media, Ceblos wrote, “At the time when I was in my best form, it is sad to get this shock at the same time.” Football is not easy or fair, but I will have to face it firmly. I have returned from this difficult period.

The 28 -year -old Camplos, who has previously played for real betis and arsenal, has been an important player for the Carlo Anseloti team in recent weeks. He was in his best form since joining the club in 2017, so this injury could prove to be a major setback for real Madrid.
