After the historic victory of the Indian cricket team Asia Cup 2025, now the West Indies will face the two Test series.
This series is going to start today (October 2). The first match of the series will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium. This match will start a new chapter in Indian Test cricket. The match played in Ahmedabad will be India's first domestic Test match in the last 15 years without the veteran trio of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ravichandran Ashwin. In all the domestic Test matches played in the last 15 years, at least one of these three veterans has definitely played.

Since then, one of these three has been a part of every match played on the home ground of India. But now this trend is going to end.
