Pathum Nissanka scored a hundred, but his effort couldn’t win the game for Sri Lanka as the match finished as a tie in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup 2025. He amassed 107 runs off 58 balls, laced with 7 fours and 6 sixes. Chasing 203 runs, the Lankans managed 202/5 in 20 overs. He added 127 runs with Kusal Perera, who accumulated 58 runs off 32 deliveries, with the help of 8 fours and 1 six. The result will be decided with the help of a Super Over.

Earlier, Abhishek Sharna (61), Brother Varam.), Sanju Samson (39), and Axar Patel (21) took India’s score to 202/5.
