Litton Das suffers side strain during practice ahead of India clash

Bangladesh captain Litton Das sustained an injury during batting practice ahead of the crucial match against India.

After picking up the knock, he did not continue batting. However, the team management has clarified that the injury is not serious.
 

Bangladesh are scheduled to play their next Super Four match the day after tomorrow.

To manage the back-to-back fixtures, the team held their final practice session today.

Litton reportedly suffered a side strain during the batting drills. He initially took part in the fielding session before picking up the injury while batting.
Team physio Bayezidul Islam and chief physician Debashis Chowdhury were seen treating him on the field.
