Udaipur, 13 September (Read News). The India Development Council North Western Region’s Women’s Milan program “Nirvayini” started on Saturday evening at Solitaire Resort, Udaipur. 157 women who made special contribution in human service and social cooperation in the program were awarded the ‘Maharani Samman’. The event was organized under the aegis of Bharat Vikas Parishad Rajasthan South Province.

National General Secretary D.D. Sharma, National Activities Conservator Women Participation Darshana Gowani, National Activity Convenor Dr. Shipra Dhar, Regional Patron Radheshyam Ranga, Regional General Secretary Sandeep Baldi and Central Member Dr. Asha Mehta attended a large number of council officials and activists.

Provincial President Mayank Dosi said that in this program organized to commemorate the 300th birth anniversary of Maharani Ahilya Devi, 157 women supported Rs 22 lakh 61 thousand in the council fund for service and natural disasters. He was awarded the ‘Maharani Samman’ for this contribution. On this occasion, artists of Lok Kala Mandal Udaipur also gave cultural performances.

Second day will be focused on women empowerment
On Sunday, the main event of “Nirvayini” program will be held, in which Deputy Chief Minister Rajkumari Diya Kumari will be the chief guest. He was accompanied by Divisional Commissioner Pragya Kevalramani, National General Secretary D.D. Sharma and other dignitaries will be present.

In the program, special dialogues will be organized on subjects like women’s technical literacy, confidence, social change, creation in families, women health, awareness, self -defense and self -reliance. Provincial President Mayank Dosi said that the purpose of this program is to underline the all -round development of society through the role of mother power and leadership.

There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm and enthusiasm among the workers of all branches of Udaipur city.
