Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) star batter Rinku Singh got his bat signed by former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) captain Virat Kohli at the Eden Gardens.

New Delhi: Kolkata Knight Riders batter Rinku Singh got another bat from RCB batting maestro Virat Kohli. Recently a video surfaced on social media where Rinku was seen telling Kohli that he broke his old bat while facing the spinner. He requested an RCB batter for another bat but Kohli denied at that time.

Both Kohli and Rinku were in Kolkata for the 36th IPL 2024 match which was played between KKR and RCB where hosts KKR won the match by one run at Eden Gardens.

However, RCB won their second match of IPL beating Sunrisers Hyderabad in their home ground.

At the toss, Royal Challengers Bengaluru skipper Faf du Plessis said they wanted to put the in-form Sunrisers Hyderabad under scoreboard pressure in Match 41 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium here on Thursday. His team did just that by posting a big total and taking early wickets to win the match.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru rode on contrasting half-centuries by Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar and a brilliant all-round performance by Cameron Green, who scored an unbeaten 37 and claimed 2-12, to hand Sunrisers Hyderabad a 35-run defeat and registered their first win after six successive defeats in IPL 2024.
