Adam Gilchrist asked Sehwag about the possibility of Indian players participating in other T20 leagues and Sehwag gave such an answer to this question that Gilchrist and Vaughan just watched. Sehwag said, “There is no chance. We (Indians) are rich people and we do not play in the T-20 leagues of poor countries. I once got an offer from the Big Bash League and the money they were offering was very less. I spend so much money on my holidays. Even Sky Sports wanted me on their panel but they couldn't afford me.

It is worth noting that due to the rules of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Indian players play only in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Whereas leagues around the world want Indian star players to also play in their leagues so that the popularity of their tournaments also increases. But at present this does not seem to be happening even in the near future.

Apart from this, Veeru also talked about his aggressive batting. He said, “My coach used to teach me about technique but I knew that fours and sixes require skill and not technique. I grew up with the same mindset and managed to take it to the international level. I started taking cricket seriously after 10th class. I never looked back and played in many age groups before making my debut for the Indian team.”
