Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar completed hundreds in India’s second innings of the fourth Test against England. The two added over 200 runs to save the Indian National Cricket Team from a crushing defeat in Manchester. The match ended in a draw, with India reaching 425/4.
When KL Rahul (90) and Shubman Gill (103) were dismissed in the first session on Day 5, the hosts were considered favourites but the two all-rounders didn’t allow the bowlers to take wickets, taking the score above the 400-run mark.
Jadeja has amassed over 400 runs, laced with four fifties and a hundred. On the other hand, Sundar has been preferred over Kuldeep Yadav by Gautam Gambhir, who is fond of his match-winning abilities.
