ENGW vs INDW 1st ODI Playing 11: Nat Sciver-Brunt-led England Women will square off against Harmanpreet Kaur-led India in the first ODI match played on July 16 at The Rose Bowl, Southampton.

India secured a 3-2 win in the five-match T20I series and will be aiming for a win in the first match of the ODI series. Meanwhile, England women will be aiming to bounce back aiming for a series win at home soil.

Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues are expected to make a key role in this game.

England team has been struggling for consistency since their humiliating defeat in the Ashes earlier this year. With the return of Nat Sciver-Brunt, the team will be confident facing the Women in Blues at Southampton.

The ODI series will serve as a preparations for the upcoming Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 later this year. England Women won the toss and opted to bat first.
