Day 01

  • Batting first, Australia went on to score 225 runs where Cameron Green and Steve Smith were the highest scorers while contributions from Khawaja, Travis Head, Alex Carey and and Pat Cummins contributed a decent score.
  • Shamar Joseph bagged four wickets while Jayden Seales and Justin Greaves bagged three wickets each.
  • Starting their innings, West Indies scored 16 runs for 1 by the stumps at day 01 at Sabina Park.

Day 02

  • Resuming the game on day 02, West Indies scored only 143 runs in their innings where John Campbell is the highest scorer for the side.
  • A combined bowling efforts from Australian department where Scott Boland picked up three wickets while Hazlewood and Cummins picked two wickets each.
  • Starting their second innings, Australia went on to lose 6 wickets as the side scored 99 runs by at stumps on day 02.

Day 03

  • Resuming the game on day 03, Australia lost all 10 wickts to score 121 runs. Alzarri Joseph and Shamar Joseph created havoc in the visitors lineup at Sabina park.
  • With a target of 205 runs, West Indies started their innings where they scored only 27 runs which is the second lowest total in test history.
