Leading its bowling will be Jasprit Bumrah, who boasts a strong IPL Playoffs record. In eight playoff matches, Bumrah has taken 11 wickets at an economy rate of 6.29 — the second-best among bowlers with at least 10 wickets, behind only Rashid Khan.
His best came in 2020, with a match-winning 4/14 against Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1. Bumrah ranks third in Mumbai Indians’ playoff wicket-takers, behind Harbhajan Singh and Lasith Malinga, who have 14 wickets each.
