Royal Challengers Bengaluru scored 190 runs against Punjab Kings in the final of the Indian Premier League 2025 on Tuesday.

PBKS could only manage 184 runs from its 20 overs, losing the contest by six runs. Had PBKS overhauled this score, it would have been the second-highest successful chase in a title clash.

The record for the highest run chase in an IPL Final belongs to Kolkata Knight Riders, which shot down 200 runs against Punjab Kings, then King XI Punjab, during the 2014 edition.

With the win on Sunday, RCB ended its title drought and secured its first IPL title in 18 years.
