The case was first postponed by the Karnataka High Court by Wednesday. However, now Justice SR Krishna Kumar ordered bail, accepting the petition of the remaining 3 people besides the marketing head of RCB.

Arrested without investigation (RCB)

The argument presented by the petitioners said that he was taken into custody on the orders of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah without any investigation. Apart from this, it was said that the police did not have the right to conduct any investigation or arrest in the stampede case. Despite this, he was arrested through the police.
