Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) marketing head Nikhil Sosale has got bail. Nikhil is granted bail on one condition. Nikhil Sosale was arrested in the stampede case in Bengaluru the next day after the RCB victory in IPL 2025.

Let us know that on June 12, the Karnataka High Court granted bail to 4 officers of RCB and DNA Entertainment Network. RCB’s marketing head Nikhil Sosale is also present among these 4 people. The case was first postponed by the Karnataka High Court by Wednesday. However, now Justice SR Krishna Kumar ordered bail, accepting the petition of the remaining 3 people besides the marketing head of RCB.

Arrested without investigation (RCB)

The argument presented by the petitioners said that he was taken into custody on the orders of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah without any investigation. Apart from this, it was said that the police did not have the right to conduct any investigation or arrest in the stampede case. Despite this, he was arrested through the police.
