In IPL 2025, many young and unkapted players performed a bang and after the tournament ended, Akash Chopra has chosen his favorite unaccounted playing XI on his YouTube channel on Saturday 7 June. He has placed Prabhasimran Singh and Priyansh Arya of Punjab Kings in the opening pair of his team. Both batsmen played an important role in bringing the team to the finals.
