After attending a screening of Aamir Khan’s upcoming movie Sitaare Zameen Par, legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar met Aamir and the rest of the cast. The film, which blends sports and comedy, is scheduled for release on June 20.

Aamir Khan immediately greeted the cricket legend with a handshake and a hug. As Sachin entered the room, accompanied by his wife, Anjali Tendulkar, the crowd erupted in applause, chanting ‘Sachin, Sachin’ in unison. The cricketing icon took the time to go around the room, hugging everyone and posing for pictures.

On June 6, Sachin and Anjali were seen arriving at the film screening in Mumbai. The couple posed for the photographers before heading inside the venue. A video of their arrival was posted on YouTube by ANI.

Sachin, who has been mentoring Mumbai Indians (MI) during the Indian Premier League, watched the team struggle at the beginning of the tournament, losing four out of their first five matches.

However, MI made a remarkable recovery and finished in the top four. They defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) in the Eliminator but fell short against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the second qualifier, marking the end of their campaign.

MI arw regarded as one of the most successful franchises in IPL history, having clinched the title five times, tying with Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
