The Second Test between India and New Zealand will begin from October 24. After Bengaluru, both the teams will face each other at the Maharashtra Cricket Association ground. New Zealand is winning the three-match series 1-0 as it has won the first Test. Therefore, India has to win the second Test in order to win the series.

Bangalore was under rain clouds for the entire five days. The play was washed away by the rain on the very first day. The match got over in four days when it was supposed to be played out in five days. The play had to be stopped a day earlier than the scheduled time because of the threat of rain on the fourth day. Such is the power of the rain that has been hanging low all around. The weather change shook the game. Will rains await the second match?

According to the weather website, Weather.com, there is no possibility of rain at all for the Second Test between India and New Zealand. But partial clouds may prevail tomorrow morning. The sun may shine clearly from noon with clouds disappearing around noon on all the five days.

Thus, the match would be rescheduled or the match begins a little late as a result of weather. The rest of days of the match also would be expected as a bright cloud day, as on the first day. Some shades in the clouds with no possibility of rain. Maximum temperature during the day is about 32 degrees Celsius.

The Pune wicket will favor spin. High sun will make the soil dry up faster. So, the pitch will get slower and begin to spin as the day progresses. Test first: The Indians were tested by New Zealand’s pacers in the first test. The fast bowlers might face a counter-test in the second one.
