Final of IPL 2025 lost at night, Mumbai arrived to play the match next day

Delhi: Young cricketer Mushir Khan played the final of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 with Punjab Kings (PBKS) on the night of June 3 and was also seen playing in the Mumbai T20 League on the morning of June 4, a few hours later. It is being told that he reached Mumbai from Ahmedabad at around 5 am and then left for the match to play directly.

Musheer joined IPL 2025 for the first time. He was taken by Punjab Kings in the team before the auction at a base price of Rs 30 lakh. However, the whole season he stayed on the bench. In Qualifier-1, when the batting of Punjab stumbled against Royal Challengers Bangalore, he got a chance as an impact player. However, he was out without scoring three balls. His wicket was taken by Suyash Sharma.

He was not in the playing XI in the IPL final. In the final, Punjab lost to RCB by six runs. The match ended at around 11:30 pm. Soon after, Mushir decided to return to Mumbai.

Success on third ball in Mumbai T20 League

Mushir reached Mumbai at 5 am and then left for Navi Mumbai for the match to be held at DY Patil Stadium. The match between ARCS Andheri and Sobo Mumbai Falkans started from 10:30 in the morning. The dark team captained by Shivam Dubey won the toss and chose the first bowling. In the third over, the captain gave the ball to Musheer. He bowled Ishan Mulchandani on the third ball. Only 9 runs went in this over.

In the Mumbai T20 League, the dark team bought Mushir for Rs 15 lakh. This league is returning after 6 years. The last time it took place in 2019. The event could not be held after this due to Kovid. This time, big players like Suryakumar Yadav, Shivam Dubey, Ajinkya Rahane, Shreyas Iyer, Sarfaraz Khan, Prithvi Shaw are playing in this league.
