Royal Challengers Bengaluru delivered a commanding performance in Qualifier 1 of the IPL 2025, defeating Punjab Kings by eight wickets and securing their place in the final.

RCB's triumph with 60 balls remaining surpassed the previous record held by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), who had achieved a 57-ball victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 2024 IPL final.
