Lucknow: Rajasthan Royals (RR) star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has created history in the Indian Premier League (IPL). By performing a great feat, he has made such a record in the history of IPL, which no bowler has been able to do till now. Actually, Chahal has completed his 200 wickets in IPL and he has become the first bowler in IPL history to do so.

With Chahal completing 200 wickets in IPL, he has become the highest wicket-taker in the history of this tournament. Actually, Yuji has achieved this milestone by dismissing Mumbai's star all-rounder Mohammad Nabi during the match played against Mumbai Indians (MI) at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. No player before him could accomplish this feat.

In terms of taking the most wickets in the history of IPL, former all-rounder Dwayne Bravo is in second place, who had taken 183 wickets in his career. Apart from him, star spinner Piyush Chawla is in third place, who has taken a total of 181 wickets in his career so far. Apart from him, fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar is at fourth place in this list, who has taken 174 wickets so far.

If we talk about Chahal, till now he has played a total of 153 matches in IPL and has taken 200 wickets with an excellent economy of 7.74. During this period he has taken 5 wicket haul once. If we look at this season, he remains in the race for the Purple Cap and has taken 13 wickets in the 8 matches played so far. Looking at his performance, it is being said that Chahal should be in the T-20 World Cup team, but now it will be interesting to see whether he will get a place in the team.
