Let us know that on May 9, the IPL was suspended for 7 days due to Indo-Pak tension. A day before this, on 8 May, the 58th match between Punjab and Delhi in Dharamshala had to be stopped only after 10.1 overs. In fact, Pakistan attacked several Indian cities including Pathankot, after which the players and fans were immediately evacuated from Dharamshala Stadium.

Prior to this attack, 26 people were attacked by Pakistani terrorists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir and killed 26 people. After this, India ran operation vermilion and destroyed 9 terrorist hideouts in PoK.

Now that the new schedule has come out, the biggest question is about the return of foreign players. Many foreign players have already left India. Especially Australian stars Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood are not expected to return.

Cricket Australia has also asked its players that if they do not want to return to India, the board will support their decision. In such a situation, the BCCI cannot do anything even after wanting.
