Kkr vs rr: Today on Sunday, May 4, the 53rd match of IPL 2025 is being played between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). In this match being played at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata amid the hot summer, Kolkata has decided to bat first after winning the toss.
During the toss, both teams have made major changes in their playing eleven. While Kolkata captain Ajinkya Rahane has manipulated 2 players, Rajasthan Royals captain Yashasvi Jaiswal has also made 3 major changes in his playing XI.
Giving information about the change, Kolkata captain Ajinkya Rahane said that Ramandeep Singh and Moin Ali have been included in the playing XI. Both these players have been replaced by Rowman Powell and favorable Roy.
Rowman Powell, who was batting for Kolkata, scored just 5 runs in the last match against Delhi Capitals. At the same time, favorable Roy took one wicket for 27 runs in his only over.
Moin Ali, who joined the team against Rajasthan, bowled well in the last match against Rajasthan. He took 2 wickets in 4 overs, giving 23 runs.
Rajasthan Royals also made three changes in their playing eleven against Kolkata. Kunal Singh Rathore was replaced by Nitish Rana. Let me tell you, Nitish Rana has been excluded due to minor injury. The second change is about Vanindu Hasranga.
