इतना ही नहीं, राजस्थान रॉयल्स (Rajasthan Royals) ने मैच में हर छक्के के बदले सांभर क्षेत्र के छह घरों में सोलर पैनल लगाने का वादा किया है। पिछले साल भी इस पहल के तहत 260 घरों को सौर ऊर्जा से रोशन किया गया था। खास बात यह है कि इन सोलर पैनलों को लगाने का काम खुद चार महिला इंजीनियरों ने किया, जिन्हें आरआरएफ ने प्रशिक्षित किया था। ये महिलाएं अब इन सोलर पैनलों के रखरखाव और मरम्मत का काम भी संभाल रही हैं, जिससे ग्रामीण महिलाओं के कौशल विकास और आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ावा मिल रहा है।

पिंक जर्सी की बिक्री से मिलने वाली राशि को भी सीधे तौर पर महिलाओं से जुड़ी प्रोजेक्ट पर खर्च किया जाएगा। यह लगातार दूसरा साल है जब राजस्थान रॉयल्स ने इस खास जर्सी में खेला। पिछले साल रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु के खिलाफ पहली बार इस जर्सी को उतारा गया था और तब भी इसकी काफी सराहना हुई थी।
