DC Vs SRH: Maidan of Delhi and Fateh of Hyderabad, capital becomes witness to records

DC Vs SRH: Delhi Capitals had to face defeat in the 35th match of IPL played at Arun Jaitley Stadium in the capital Delhi. Hyderabad won this match by 67 runs. Delhi team was all out in 19.1 overs.

Batting first, Hyderabad scored 266 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Delhi Capitals team could score only 199 runs after losing 10 wickets in 20 overs.

Bad start for Delhi

Delhi has not had a good start.

The first wicket fell in the very first over. Prithvi Shaw left after scoring 16 runs in 5 balls. In the next over, David Warner also went out after scoring 1 run.

Jake Fraser-McGurk, who came to bat at number three, scored a stormy half-century and scored 65 runs in 18 balls. Fraser hit 7 sixes and 5 fours in his innings.

Apart from Fraser McGurk, Abhishek Porel also played a stormy innings. He scored 42 runs in 22 balls with the help of 7 fours and 1 six.

Captain Pant also played an inning of 44 runs in 35 balls. Pant hit 1 six and 5 fours.

T Natarajan took 4 wickets for Hyderabad. Mayank Markande and Nitish Reddy took 2-2 wickets. Whereas, Washington Sundar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar took 1-1 wicket.

Hyderabad head created a storm

Today again Travis Head showed his strength for Hyderabad. Delhi bowlers could not withstand his storm. He scored 89 runs in 32 balls with the help of 11 fours and 6 sixes. Abhishek Sharma, who came to bat with him, scored 46 runs in 12 balls.

Sharma hit 6 sixes and 2 fours. Apart from Travis and Abhishek, Shahbaz Ahmed scored 59 runs and Nitish Reddy scored 37 runs.
