What did Pat Cummins say after winning the match?
After winning the match against Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins said during the post match presentation, “Good record here. Another great cricket match was played. You saw there was not much in the powerplay for the bowlers on both sides and then it slowed down, but overall it was a great wicket to bat on.”
On the absence of dew during the chase, Pat Cummins said, “Yes, due to the absence of dew we got a little grip and it was also a reason for the victory.” Apart from this, on teasing the batsmen after getting them out, he said, “It is a part of me that is excited and happy, but a part of me was also worried because I had to bowl as well. Very happy with the way we bowled in the end. Everyone was disciplined on the field today.”

Delhi Capitals won the toss and invited Sunrisers Hyderabad to bat first, which proved to be their mistake. For Hyderabad, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma batted brilliantly and added 125 runs in the powerplay itself. Head scored 89 runs in 32 balls, while Abhishek scored 46 runs in just 12 balls. Apart from these two, Nitish Kumar Reddy scored 37 runs and Shahbaz Ahmed played a quick inning of 59* runs, taking the team's score to 266/7.
Delhi did not have a good start while chasing the target. But Jake Fraser-McGurk presented a challenge to Hyderabad by scoring 65 runs in 18 balls and Abhishek Porel scored 42 runs in 22 balls. But this did not prove to be enough to win and the entire Delhi team was all out for 199 runs in 19.1 overs.
