Delhi: Former Indian team opener Aakash Chopra believes that Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) would like to score more than 300 in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match against Delhi Capitals (DC). Both the teams will face each other on Saturday i.e. 20th April at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Hyderabad is fourth in the points table with eight points from 6 matches and a win against Delhi will help them reach the second position.

On his YouTube channel, 46-year-old Akash Chopra said that Sunrisers Hyderabad can bat aggressively against Delhi Capitals in Saturday's match.

Cricketer turned commentator Akash said, “They win at home and also enter other people's houses and defeat them. If you don't believe me, you can ask Bengaluru (RCB). “The sounds of his aggressive batting are still coming, because 287 runs were scored.”

He further said, “Travis Head also said – ‘Don’t you think that soon 3 will be written in front of our score, which means that this time we will cross 300 and to be honest, this is that kind of ground too. “It is also going to be an Indian attack in front of them.”

SRH has the biggest team score in IPL history.

In the 30th match of the Indian Premier League 2024, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 25 runs. In this match held at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Hyderabad team made a historic score of 287 runs. In reply, RCB also reached 262 runs, but they could not win. This was the biggest score in the history of IPL. In this match both the teams scored a total of 549 runs. Earlier, Hyderabad had scored 277 runs at the loss of 3 wickets against Mumbai Indians (MI) earlier this season.
