The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 was host to RCB vs DC match on Thursday (10th April). The 24th game of the league took place at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru and it saw Delhi Capitals continuing their unbeaten run as they beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru by 6 wickets to register their fourth straight win.

Asked to bat, Royal Challengers Bengaluru had a dream start to their innings, with Phil Salt (37) and Virat Kohli (22) on the rampage. The Salt-Kohli slammed Delhi bowlers all over the park as they added 61 runs for the opening partnership.

However, Delhi Capitals pulled back things brilliantly after that as they reduced the home team to 102 for five in no time.

Skipper Rajat Patidar (25) looked good with the bat but couldn't carry on the start that he got.

At one stage, Royal Challengers Bengaluru was reduced to 125 for seven, but Tim David (37*) played a great hand in the end that powered Bengaluru to a total of 163 for seven. For Delhi, Capitals, Vipraj Nigam and Kuldeep Yadav picked two wickets each in RCB vs DC clash.

Delhi Capitals had a forgettable start to their innings as they lost the top three in Faf du Plessis, Jake Fraser-McGurk, and Abishek Porel early to find themselves at 30 for three.

KL Rahul (93*) and Axar Patel (15) tried to bring their team back into the game, but the latter perished after a vital start.

Rahul, on the other hand, held one end up and slammed his second consecutive half-century to take his team home. Tristan Stubbs (38*) played a great supporting hand as Delhi Capitals chased the target with six wickets in hand.
