MI Vs PBKS: In the 33rd match of IPL 2024, Mumbai Indians defeated Punjab Kings by 9 runs. After winning the toss, Punjab asked Mumbai to bat first. Batting first, Mumbai Indians scored 192 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Punjab Kings could not even play the full 20 overs and were all out. Punjab was all out and could score only 183 runs in 19.1 overs. The batting of Shashank Singh and Ashutosh Sharma won hearts. Shashank and Ashutosh played tremendous innings

Punjab’s Shashank Singh and Ashutosh Sharma batted excellently. Shashank played an inning of 41 runs in 25 balls, hitting 2 fours and 3 sixes. Ashutosh Sharma played an inning of 61 runs in 28 balls. Ashutosh hit 7 sixes in his innings.

For Mumbai, Jasprit Bumrah and Gerald Coetzee took 3-3 wickets, Shreyas Gopal, Akash Madhwal and Hardik Pandya took 1-1 wicket.
