BCCI has changed the rules for the Champions Trophy. It is being claimed in several media reports quoting sources associated with BCCI. The board has allowed the family to stay with the players during the tournament. Meaning if the player wants, he can keep his family with him during the Champions Trophy. After the defeat in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy played in Australia, BCCI implemented 10-point rules, one of which was also associated with not keeping the family together on any tour.
