The Gadaffi Stadium, formerly known as the Lahore Stadium, is the largest stadium in Pakistan. Founded in 1959, the stadium was the first one to be equipped with modern floodlights with its own standby generators.
The headquarters of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is also located in the stadium.
The stadium was first renovated during the 1996 World Cup, when it hosted the final of the tournament. Since then, the stadium has hosted a lot of international matches and ones in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), with it being the home of the Lahore Qalandars. Ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, the stadium was renovated once again and reopened ahead of the tri-series between Pakistan, New Zealand and South Africa.
The stadium will be hosting 3 league stage matches and the second semi-final this time in the Champions Trophy.
