India defeated England by 4 wickets in the second ODI to seal the series with one match left. Chasing 305 runs to win, the Men in Blue were never in trouble as captain Rohit Sharma scored a magnificent hundred. Shubman Gill managed his second consecutive fifty of the ongoing assignment. Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel also played good knocks.
Earlier, England were bowled out for 304 in 49.4 overs. Joe Root and Ben Duckett scored half-centuries for the Three Lions. Ravindra Jadeja took three wickets to restrict the visiting team from scoring the 340-run mark.
