Australian all -rounder Mitchell Marsh flopped badly in the Test series against India, after which he was dropped from the Australian team itself. Marsh was not selected in the team for the Test series against Sri Lanka. Marsh was also hurt. Marsh has now revealed that after a flop against Jaspreet Bumrah, his fear is not giving up yet. Mitchell Marsh revealed in the Australian Cricket Awards that he has not yet recovered from the fear of Jaspreet Bumrah. He also narrated an anecdote in a funny tone.
At the Australian Cricket Awards, Mitchell Marsh told that his nephew Ted was playing cricket with him one day in the garden. He is only four years old and he was bowling me with Bumrah's action, while he had difficulty in playing the ball. Mitchell Marsh said this in a funny tone, but it is absolutely true that Bumrah did not even let this player breathe in the entire border-gavaskar series.
Mitchell Marsh faced a lot of problems in front of Jaspreet Bumrah in the Border-Gavaskar Test series. He became a victim of Bumrah three times in the series. In the first two Tests, Bumrah could not dismiss him but Bumrah took his wicket in three innings of the next two Test matches. Marsh could not play in the last Test because he was injured. Talking about Marsh's performance in the Test series, these players could score only 73 runs in 7 innings in which their best score was 47 runs.
Bumrah not only made Marsh not only Marsh but also the other batsmen of Australia. These players managed to take the highest 32 wickets in 5 Tests. Bumrah bowled the highest 39 maiden overs throughout the series. His bowling average was just 13.06, which is really amazing. Team India may have lost this Test series, but despite this, Bumrah was elected the player of the series.
