Australia has strengthened its hold in the Test match being played between the women's cricket teams of Australia and England. During this, Anabel Sutherland of Australia created history. Anabel Sutherland played a century in the match being played at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). On this ground recently, Team India was piled up for 155 runs in their second innings, while Sutherland now hit 163 runs on this ground alone and registered its name in the pages of history.
England were reduced to 170 runs in their first innings while Australia is in a very strong position in its first innings. The biggest reason for this is 23 -year -old Sutherland. He scored 163 runs, facing 258 balls. During this, 21 fours and a six came out of his bat. Sutherland has become the first female cricketer to score a century in Test cricket on MCG. Many male cricketers have scored centuries on this ground, but this feat was done by this 23 -year -old batsman of Australia for the first time in women's cricket. Women's Test match was played for the first time 90 years ago at Melbourne Cricket Ground. After this, there was a Test match again in 1949, no female cricketer could score a century in both these matches. But now Annabel has created history.
