India women's cricket team's highest run-getter in ODIs in 2024

Smriti Mandhana delivered an outstanding performance in 2024, emerging as the leading run-scorer in women's ODIs.

She scored 747 runs in just 13 innings, outpacing players like Laura Wolvaardt (697 runs), Tammy Beaumont (554 runs), and Hayley Matthews (469 runs). Her dominance in the format earned her the prestigious ICC Women's ODI Cricketer of the Year title for 2024.

This marks the third time Smriti Mandhana has won an ICC Cricketer of the Year award. She first received the honor in 2018, when she was also named the ICC ODI Cricketer of the Year, and again in 2021.
