Crores of rupees have been traded with Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya and Lucknow Super Giants all-rounder Krunal Pandya. Pandya Brothers have been defrauded of crores of rupees by their own brother Vaibhav Pandya. Savka Bhai Vaibhav Pandyan, the accused who harassed Hardik-Krunal, has been arrested by the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Mumbai.

This photo was shared by Hardik Pandya on his Twitter account. In which the person standing between Hardik and Kunal Pandya is Vaibhav Pandya.

What is the whole matter?
Accused Vaibhav Pandya is the brother-in-law of Hardik and Krunal. In the year 2021, accused Vaibhav along with Pandya Brothers (Hardik-Krinal) had started a company in polymer business. Hardik and Krunal’s participation in this company was 40-40 percent while Vaibhav’s participation was 20 percent.
According to the terms of the partnership, the profit of this company was to be divided among Hardik, Krunal and Vaibhav as per the share of the partnership. But apart from this, instead of giving the profit amount of the company to Hardik and Krunal, accused Vaibhav Pandya had formed a separate company and transferred the profit amount to it.

Due to which the Pandya brothers have suffered a loss of approximately Rs 4.3 crore. Based on the complaint, Economic Offenses Wing has arrested Vaibhav Pandya, accused Vaibhav has been sent to police custody for 5 days.

Vaibhav Pandya created a conspiracy like this
According to the information received, the cricketer’s half-brother Vaibhav Pandya was accused of forming another firm working in the same field without informing his brothers. In this way he had violated the business agreement.

TOI report states that this reduced the firm’s profits, resulting in a loss of crores of rupees. Meanwhile, Vaibhav Pandya had secretly increased his stake in the firm from 20 percent to 33.3 percent. Due to which both the cricketer brothers suffered huge losses.
