Team India captain Rohit Sharma is currently under target from all sides. Questions are being raised on his captaincy and the bat is not supporting him at all. Not only has he failed in international cricket, he could not do anything amazing in Ranji Trophy also. Even though the bat of 'Hitman' is silent at the moment, everyone is hopeful that he will do wonders in the upcoming Champions Trophy and with similar hopes, a fan has written a love letter to Rohit.

Despite flopping against New Zealand and Australia and then scoring only 3 and 28 runs while playing Ranji Trophy for Mumbai, there has been no dearth of fans for Rohit. One such 15 year old fan of his has expressed his love and support by writing a letter. In this letter posted on social media by Rohit Sharma's fan group, this fan requested the Indian captain to never retire.

'Will rock the Champions Trophy'

In this letter which is going viral on social media, the 15 year old fan revealed that it is because of Rohit that he likes to watch cricket. Despite Rohit's recent form, this fan supported him and wrote, “It does not matter that you have not played any big innings yet. I see that you are on the right track and will blow away teams in the Champions Trophy. The three sixes you hit yesterday were amazing.”

This fan requested Rohit to never retire. In his letter, the fan further wrote, “I can't even imagine how I would feel when I open the TV and you don't come on the field for the opening.” Along with putting his love for Rohit in front of everyone, this fan also wrote: Also made a special request. This fan, who aspires to become a cricket analyst, wrote, “I also did an internship with Rajasthan Royals. If you can help me in any way please let me know.”

Every Indian fan also has the same hope

It is not only the wish of this one fan but of millions of fans of Rohit and Team India that the 'Hitman' should return to form as soon as possible and make the ball travel across the boundary like before. Even though questions are being raised on Rohit's career at the moment, everyone hopes that before he retires, he will show his old style at least once and play some big innings and lead Team India to victory.
