There has been a big change in the Australian cricket team before the Champions Trophy. Before the Champions Trophy, Australia has to play a Test and ODI series in Sri Lanka. Before this, the bowling coach of Kangaroo team has changed. Cricket Australia has appointed Adam Griffith as the new fast bowling coach. Cricket Australia made this big announcement on Friday. Before this, Adam Griffith has played an important role in IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Now the responsibility of improving Australia's bowling will be on his shoulders.
Adam Griffith has been entrusted with a big responsibility just before a big ICC tournament like the Champions Trophy. 46-year-old Adam has previously been Victoria's assistant bowling coach. Apart from this, Adam has worked as the coach of two teams of Western Australia, Big Bash League (BBL), Perth Scorchers and Hobart Hurricanes and as the coaching director for Tasmania's cricket team. Apart from all this, Adam has also been the assistant bowling coach of RCB.
Australian head coach Andrew McDonald has expressed happiness over Adam Griffith becoming the bowling coach of the Australian men's cricket team and has welcomed him into the Australian camp. Andrew McDonald said, 'I am delighted that Adam will bring his extensive experience as the national pace bowling coach to Cricket Australia and will become an important part of our coaching set-up. Adam's expertise across all formats will be invaluable in the preparation of pace bowlers for Australia's national men's teams.

Adam has also been the assistant bowling coach of RCB in IPL 024. During this time, he taught the nuances of bowling to the bowlers including Mohammad Siraj. Not only this, Adam has also praised Siraj. After a match, Adam praised Siraj and called him the most experienced bowler of RCB. He had said, 'Siraj is the leader of our group. He is our most experienced bowler, especially among Indian fast bowlers and also among our international players.
