Apart from this, Adam has worked as the coach of two teams of Western Australia, Big Bash League (BBL), Perth Scorchers and Hobart Hurricanes and as the coaching director for Tasmania's cricket team. Adam has taught bowling to Siraj

Adam has also been the assistant bowling coach of RCB in IPL 024. During this time, he taught the nuances of bowling to the bowlers including Mohammad Siraj.
