Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has recently imposed restrictions on the travel of players along with their families. On this issue, England captain Jos Buttler said that being together with the family does not have much impact on cricket and it is completely manageable.

Jos Buttler's statement

In the press conference organized before the first T20 match to be held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Wednesday, Butler said, “I think it is very important. In today's modern world, it is a good thing to have family with you. “This does not have any significant impact on cricket and can be handled easily.”

On January 16, BCCI issued 10 new guidelines for the players, under which players can now keep their families (wife and children) with them only for 14 days, that too if the tour is more than 45 days.

This white ball series between India and England will start with the first T20 match on Wednesday. 5 T20 and 3 ODI matches will be played in the series. After this series, all eyes will be on the Champions Trophy.
