India has made a strong start in the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup. His first match was against West Indies, in which he wreaked havoc while bowling first. Indian captain Nikki Prasad tried 6 bowlers in the match, and each one's ball seemed to be on fire on the pitch. The result was that the West Indies team was all out on its lowest score till date in the Women's Under 19 T20 World Cup. Not only this, she also made the third lowest score in the history of Women's Under 19 T20 World Cup.
Batting first against the Indian women's team, the West Indies team collapsed for 44 runs. This is the lowest total of this team in the ICC Women's Under-19 T20 World Cup. Earlier, West Indies' lowest score was 68 runs. Malaysia holds the record for the lowest score of 23 runs in the history of ICC Women's Under-19 T20 World Cup. Zimbabwe has made the second lowest score by being all out for 25 runs. Whereas the 44 runs scored by the West Indies women's team is now the third lowest total in the history of the tournament.
Now the question is how did West Indies become in such a bad condition? So the Indian team wreaked havoc due to its bowling. The Indian bowlers did not give the West Indies batting lineup a chance to settle on the wicket. He dropped two wickets for 10 runs. This sequence of wickets continued further also. The situation reached such a stage that 5 West Indies batsmen were out on zero. At the same time, the account of 4 batsmen was definitely opened but they could not touch the double figures. Only two women batsmen of West Indies managed to score above 10 runs.
Parunika Sisodia was the most successful bowler from India, who took 3 wickets for 7 runs in 2.2 overs. Apart from them, Ayushi Shukla and Joshitha took 2 wickets each. Indian captain Nikki Prasad tried a total of 6 bowlers in the match, out of which none had an economy of 3 or more except one. This shows how tight and powerful the Indian bowling was.
