The right-handed batter has been sensational for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League 2024. The South Africa batter has stunned the bowlers with his hitting.
Speaking to Cricbuzz, Klaasen revealed the names of the two Indian spinners who have been challenging to face.
“Yuzvendra Chahal is a class bowler and a very good friend. He bowls wicket-taking line and length, and even if you hit him for boundaries, he doesn’t stop from giving the ball flight. I have known him for years, and it is good to take him down, but that’s not easy by any means.
“Ravindra Jadeja is also challenging to bat against on wickets that suit his bowling. So, these two spinners are always a threat. I haven’t batted much against Jadeja, but it will be good to bat against him,” Heinrich Klassen said.
In five matches in the 17th season, Klaasen has amassed 186 runs at an average of 62 and a strike rate of 193.75. He has hit two fifties, 17 sixes and 7 fours.
