Delhi: Indian women's cricket team recently gave a historic performance and broke the record of its highest score in ODI cricket. After scoring 370 runs in the second ODI against Ireland, the Indian team scored a mammoth score of 435/5 in the third ODI. This is the sixth time in the history of women's ODI cricket, when a team scored more than 400 runs. The teams that have achieved this feat include India, New Zealand and Australia.

The Indian women's team's score of 435/5 is not only their highest score in women's cricket, but it is also the highest score by India's men's and women's teams combined. Earlier, the highest score of the Indian team was 418/5, which was against West Indies in 2011.
