Delhi: Former England captain Kevin Pietersen gave big information to the fans on Sunday amid the Iran-Israel war. His plane returned midway. After this he wrote a post on social media and told about this horrific incident. It is known that Iran has launched a missile attack on Israel. Meanwhile, Pietersen was boarding a plane to come to India. After reaching the halfway point, his plane then turned back and entered India through a different route with more fuel. Kevin was coming to India for the match between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI).

The former right-handed batsman posted on his X account and wrote, “This has never happened before. At night our plane had to return with more fuel and come through another route. We had to change our route to avoid Iranian missiles. Anyway now I am in Mumbai. After this we will go to Wankhede. This is my favorite cricket ground.”
Let us tell you that Pietersen was commentating the initial matches of IPL 2024, but earlier this month he had to go back to England. He was returning to India after spending two weeks with his family. In such a situation, the English legend will once again be seen commentating in the match between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings on Sunday.
Is this a sign of World War-3?
Tension between the two countries has reached its peak after Israel attacked Iran's embassy in Syria on April 1. Seven Revolutionary Guards soldiers including two army officers were killed in this attack. An Israeli plane was seized on Saturday after Iran threatened to take revenge for the attack. On Sunday morning, Iran started an undeclared war by firing missiles at Israel. Due to this action of Iran, there is a possibility of increasing dispute between these two countries and the world may go into the shadow of war again.
