He said, “The wicket was a bit slow and we did not bat well in the beginning and could not perform very well in the end also. The lower order batsmen made good efforts and it was because of this that we were able to reach close to 150. We bowled well and kept them at bay but unfortunately lost another close match. We worked diligently on our plans and came true to it. We bowled and fielded well and I am confident that we will bounce back in the coming matches.”

Let us tell you that PBKS batsmen performed disappointingly in this match. Young batsman Ashutosh Sharma was the only player who could touch the figure of 30. It was only because of him that Punjab team could reach the score of 148 runs. Facing 16 balls, Ashutosh played an unbeaten inning of 31 runs with the help of one four and three sixes. Chasing the target of 148 runs, RR team achieved it in 19.5 overs and won by 3 wickets.
