Pant flopped badly in this series

Rishabh Pant has not been able to do anything special in this series. He has scored only 154 runs in four matches. His bat scored 38 runs in the first test, 49 runs in the second test, 9 runs in the third test and 58 runs in the fourth test in Melbourne. During this period Pant could not score even a single half century. Even when Team India was struggling in the second innings of the Melbourne Test, Pant returned to the pavilion after giving away his wicket cheaply.

Head's bat also remained silent in Melbourne

Travis Head took a big wicket by dismissing Rishabh Pant. However, he could not show any magic with the bat. Head is the batsman who has scored the most runs in the series. Before the Melbourne Test, he had scored 409 runs in the series after scoring two centuries. But he disappointed the audience in both the innings of Melbourne. Head's account was not even opened in the first innings. In the second innings he scored only 1 run. Jasprit Bumrah made him his victim both the times.
