Lucknow Super Giants are all set to wear their special maroon and green jersey for their next IPL 2024 match against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The match between KKR and LSG will happen on April 14th, starting at 3:30 PM IST.

LSG's decision to change their jersey color is because they're owned by the same group that owns the Indian Super League team Mohun Bagan Super Giant, the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. As a way of showing respect to the renowned Kolkata football club, which is currently the defending champion of the Indian Super League (ISL), Lucknow management decided to use the maroon and green colors. Also, there are reports suggesting that KL Rahul and his team are likely to attend Mohun Bagan's ISL Shield decider the next day. Check out LSG's special jersey:
